EDITOR'S LETTER

Failure magazine's editor & CEO, Jason Zasky www.gomezphotography.com

Welcome to Failure magazine!

The first time I heard the words "failure" and magazine" uttered together I immediately saw Failure in my future. My co-founder’s rationale was that every media outlet covers the subject of failure to one degree or another, but no publication had ever put it all in one place.

But why not? After all, failure is one of the most enduring and engaging subjects—it’s as inevitable as death and taxes. The subject always has and always will fascinate us.

Of course, we understand that failure is a loaded word—one that holds a negative connotation for some. But it doesn’t have to be negative. We see failure as an essential experience—if not always a building block to future success, then at least a necessary part of life.

At failuremag.com you’ll get to read and respond to the works of writers from national magazines and the halls of academia as they explore arts & entertainment, sports, history, science & technology, business and all aspects of the real world.

By challenging people’s perspectives with exciting, thought-provoking editorial Failure magazine fully intends to change the way you view failure.
